In 2019, founder Bobbie Geffrand was quietly carrying a deep ache. She wanted meaningful friendships, a place to belong, and people who truly saw her—but no matter how hard she tried, she couldn’t find her tribe. The absence of community left her feeling alone, disconnected, and without the tools or support she needed to flourish or confidently pursue her goals.

There were dreams on her heart, but no safe place to process them. There was faith, but no circle to walk it out with. And in that isolation, the weight of doing life alone became heavy.

Then, through divine orchestration, everything shifted.

At the end of a church event, a small group of young women unexpectedly came together. What started as a casual moment turned into lunch at a restaurant in New Jersey called Blueprint—and in that ordinary setting, something extraordinary began. That lunch became a lifeline. The women returned again and again, slowly forming what would become Blueprint Blossom.

They prayed together. They supported one another. They had hard conversations, learned difficult lessons, and grew through moments that weren’t always easy. Within that space, healing took place. Women began to feel seen, anchored, and understood—many for the first time. They learned how to be better friends, how to heal from past wounds, and how to believe that their dreams were worth pursuing.

Out of Bobbie’s loneliness, God birthed a vision.

Blueprint Blossom was created so no woman would have to navigate her healing, her growth, or her purpose alone. It exists to provide the community, guidance, and tools Bobbie once searched for—so others can find belonging, healing, and the confidence to bloom into who they were always meant to be.
